1-to-1 Meetings

For a manager, 1-to-1 meetings with employees are just
like every other meeting. But they’re easier to cancel or
reschedule because there’s only one other person
involved, and it’s a direct report. On the other hand, for
employees, the 1-to-1 meeting with a manager is a BIG
deal. When it gets cancelled, it’s deflating and deeply
disappointing.
